Small group  classes are offered to beginner students with less than two years piano experience. The goal of these classes is to develop the foundational skills for playing piano through learning simple children songs . Lessons  will cover reading music, mastering rhythm, developing piano technique, learning music theory and playing by ear.

What are the benefits of learning in a group?

Children will have more fun learning piano in a small-group environment compared to traditional private classes. Learning with peers can increase motivation to practice. It also develops a sense of pride and confidence as children will be comfortable with playing in front of others.  Keeping children happy will ensure that they develop a life-long appreciation and positive attitude towards learning piano.

Who are the classes most suitable for?

If you would like your child to learn piano in a fun and supportive environment, then a small group class is the best way to start. The classes will be filled with activities to master musical skills. Our main goal early on is to foster a positive attitude towards learning the piano. To be admitted to the class, children will be interviewed first to determine if it's a good fit.

Small class size

Compared to other schools with group piano, our class sizes are small with a maximum of four students per class. This allows each student to have enough time with the instructor while gaining the benefits of  learning in a group environment. Each child will have their own keyboard in class with headphones.
