Small Group Piano Lessons
Always wanted to play the piano but never had the chance, or maybe you tried teaching yourself online but didn’t get far? Looking for a fun hobby to enjoy after work?
Sign up for a group class where you will learn the basics of piano playing.
Why take small group classes?

Small class size
Compared to other schools with group piano, our class sizes are small with a maximum of four students per class. This allows each student to have enough time with the instructor while gaining the benefits of learning in a group environment. Each student will have their own keyboard or piano in the class.

Longer classes
With more than double the amount of time in a group vs., private class, this leaves more time to cover a range of musical skills like sight reading, playing by ear, music theory and technical exercises.

More affordable than private classes
The hourly rate for private class is $90 per hour, while small group class is $41 per hour.

Flexible
Group classes are taught on a weekly basis, but if you can’t attend one week and provide advance notice, you can also drop-in a different group class during the week.

Motivation
Being in a group setting where your peers are progressing and set a benchmark for learning, can provide additional inspiration to keep you motivated and practicing during the week. Students are encouraged to share videos and tips in a chat group.

Develop aural and rhythm skills
In the group class, students play together so this requires active listening to ensure everyone is playing together at a steady pace with the correct rhythm and pitches.

Fun and social
Be part of a community of piano lovers and make new friends while pursuing your interest. Every year we have piano party recitals to celebrate our achievements.
Who are the classes suitable for?
• Adult beginner students with less than two years experience or no background.
